Ifeoluwa:

"ee-feh-oh-lu-wah" translates to God’s love in the Yoruba language.

Ife Shoola is a leadership development practitioner, ICF-certified coach (ACC), and PMP-certified project manager who has designed and delivered transformational leadership experiences for over 1,500 leaders across federal government, nonprofit, and private sector organizations.

She spent nearly five years at the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, D.C., where she designed, delivered, and managed leadership development initiatives for federal leaders. She managed multi-year engagements with agencies including HHS's Administration for Children and Families, the USDA, and the White House Leadership Development Program. That work gave her a front-row seat to something she has built her practice around: capable people who need to grow into the leaders their teams need.

Through her company, Quadstreams, Ife leads the design and delivery of leadership experiences for individuals, teams, and organizations. Her work spans individual and group coaching, facilitated workshops, team retreats, and community-centered events.

She is the founder of ForwardRoom, an 8-week coaching and leadership development experience for professionals ready to own their presence and expand their influence. She is also the co-founder of Quiver Leadership Network (QLN), a global leadership accelerator for Gen Z women, with two cohorts completed across four countries.

Committed to building communities where emerging leaders can grow, Ife supports BlackOak Collective in advancing the environmental careers of young Black professionals through professional development and networking events. She serves on the board of SprinNG Inc., an organization that champions young African writers and amplifies their work worldwide. Earlier in her career, she partnered with Children That Change the World (CTCTW) to design and deliver the first innovation challenge for high school students in Ogbomoso, Nigeria.

She holds a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience. In her free time, she writes and explores new food.
