Ife Shoola is a leadership development practitioner, ICF-certified coach (ACC), and PMP-certified project manager who has trained 2,000+ leaders across government, nonprofit, and corporate organizations.
She started her career at a good government non-profit in Washington, D.C., designing and managing multi-year leadership development initiatives for federal leaders, including HHS's Administration for Children and Families, the USDA, and the White House Leadership Development Program.
That work cemented her central ethos: Capable people do not just need inspiration. They need tactical support to lead effectively at work or beyond.
Through Quadstreams, she designs and delivers transformative experiences for individuals, teams, and organizations. These include coaching, facilitated workshops, team retreats, and community events. She holds a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience, serves on the board of SprinNG (championing young African writers), and supports Gen Z women in leadership at Quiver Leadership Network.
