Ife Shoola is a life and leadership development practitioner, ICF-certified coach (ACC), and PMP-certified project manager who has trained 2,000+ leaders across government, nonprofit, and corporate organizations.
She spent nearly five years at the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, D.C., designing and managing multi-year leadership development initiatives for federal leaders, including HHS's Administration for Children and Families, the USDA, and the White House Leadership Development Program.
That work cemented her central ethos: Capable people do not just need inspiration. They need a clear runway to take what lives in their mind, express it authentically, and execute it in the real world.
Through her company, Quadstreams, she designs and delivers transformative experiences for individuals, teams, and organizations: coaching, facilitated workshops, team retreats, and community events. Beyond coaching, she holds a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience, serves on the board of SprinNG (championing young African writers), and supports BlackOak Collective in advancing environmental careers for young Black professionals.
